Todd has over 10 years of personal and group training experience. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach. His appetite for education led him to coach a wide variety of skills. They include, but are not limited to: kettlebells, functional movement, reflexive performance resets, visual skills, balance skills and sports specific training. Todd enjoys being as strong and as athletic as he can. His passion is getting his clients out of pain, stronger, and more physically fit than they thought possible.
