After losing over 100lbs and transforming her life, she continued her education and love for health and combined with a devotion to empowering others lives through fitness. Mika has experience in both one-on-one and group style training. Ranging from strength to cardio conditioning to HIIT style training. She brings a ton of positive experience and expertise to every session. And a WHOLE lot of energy!
