Michaels love for training developed at an early age, teaching himself how to become a better athlete to overcome having been born with a lower leg defect. His love for learning about the human body and exercise brought him to The University of Tampa where he received his Bachelors of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in exercise physiology.
He went on to get his NSCA- strength and conditioning specialist certification in 2019 and has been training full time since then. Michael specializes in athletic performance and strength training, and has worked for the special Olympics as well as trained youth, collegiate, and professional athletes during his time as training intern. He is now furthering his knowledge of exercise by going for a Masters Degree in exercise science at The University of South Florida.
