Pure Strength and Movement
Our signature program forged from many disciplines. This is a 4-phase workout with movement prep, core work, interval training circuits, strength, targeted muscle group movements, and breathing practice.
Pure Kids
A skill development/ athletic performance program for children ages 5-10. Kids will learn running form, athletic position, jumping mechanics, and body weight strength training exercises.
Pure Grit
This class will push you to your limits! This outdoor circuit training class will have you learning to do tire flips, Sledgehammer slams, farmer carries, and other unique functional strength patterns.
Pure Wine Down Wednesday
This class is a delectable Yin and Yang of Vinyasa style yoga to build strength and endurance in a series of yoga postures, then WINE-ing down to work on mobility and flexibility with complimentary wine.
Pure Boxing
Pure Boxing will get your heart pumping with circuit style training for a full body strength endurance experience as well as learning mad boxing skills. You will remember the next day that you were here!
Pure Cardio Party
Pure Cardio/Pure Core is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style using bodyweight exercises that work on coordination and power to engage the core. It’s a great way to set your metabolism on fire!
Pure HEAT
Come get your sweat on with our circuit style HIIT class! With a mix of weighted and body weight exercises you’ll be sure to burn off those extra calories! This class is designed to get your heart rate up!
Pure Recovery
This class includes stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. The goal is to improve your joint mobility & muscle flexibility, and have you feeling better than when you walked in!
Pure Pilates Flow
Pure Pilates Flow will be the perfect start to your day! Mat pilates will help you strengthen and stabilize your muscles through various exercises and stretches. Stretch, build strength and flow with us!
Pure Power Yoga
Pure Power Yoga is a series of yoga asanas (or postures if you don’t speak Sanskrit!) with a fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga that combines the best of both worlds using yoga inspired movements combined with strength training exercises with (but not limited to!) gym toys like free weights and TRX to build strength, stability and mobility.

Pure Kickbox & Flow
Pure Kickbox & Flow (or as we like to refer to as Pure Therapy!) is a combination of kickboxing and yoga. High intensity reps and high energy using targets and heavy bags for kicking and punching! After we’ve shaken the stress away, we bring it down in the 2nd half of class with a rejuvenating yoga flow leaving you feeling like a peaceful badass. *Hand wraps and boxing or heavy bag gloves encouraged
